The suspects listed in the complaint have not been tried by a judge or jury. All citizens are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.•••••Travis Brister, born in 1980, of Haysville was charged with theft, a Class A misdemeanor.Brister is accused on Oct. 10, 2013 of depriving the Kansas Star Casino of stealing $54 in cash while working as a bartender by not ringing up drinks then putting the purchase money into his tip money on about 10 different transactions.•••••Jacob Martin, born in 1985, of Wichita was charged with making false information, a level 8 felony; identity theft, a level 8 felony; identity fraud, a level 8 felony; and unlawful use of driver’s license, a Class A misdemeanor.Martin is accused of misleading officials on a VIP Preferred Check Cashing Enrollment form on April 21 at the Kansas Star Casino in hopes of obtaining a VIP check cashing card. In doing so, Martin allegedly falsely stated his name as someone else. He also allegedly used a Bank of America MasterCard and a check belonging from the person’s checking account. He is also accused of using a driver’s license which was altered to display a photo of Martin instead of the other person.•••••John Hardgraves, born in 1962, of Belle Plaine was charged with domestic battery, a Class B misdemeanor; and criminal damage to property, a Class B misdemeanor.Hardgraves is accused of grabbing another household member by the throat on April 17 and allegedly damaging a chair and glass container valued less than $1,000 during an argument.•••••Dee Anna Greyeagle, born in 1986, of Morton, Minn. was charged with failure to pay toll, a Class A misdemeanor; driving while suspended, a Class B misdemeanor or no driver’s license in possession, an unclassified misdemeanor; and theft, a level 9 felony.Greyeagle is accused of on April 16 of exiting at the South Toll Plaza in Sumner County by refusing to pay the toll in a 2004 Silver Pontiac Grand Prix bearing a Minnesota tag. After being apprehended, it was discovered she did not have a proper driver’s license. It was then discovered that another woman in Minnesota had reported on April 16 that Greyeagle had been with her the night before. When she awoke both Greyeagle and the vehicle were gone.•••••Prince Ellis, born in 1991, of Wichita was charged with unlawful use of driver’s license, a Class B misdemeanor.Ellis is accused of on Jan. 26 at the Kansas Star Casino, of displaying a driver’s license issued to another person as if it were his own driver’s license in an attempt to gain admission into the casino.•••••Bradly Potucek, born in 1989, of Belle Plaine was charged with driving on the right side of the roadway; driving while suspended; driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, third conviction in 10 years; and attempted interference with law enforcement officer. Courtney Cody, born in 1987, of Wellington was charged with permitting unauthorized person to drive, a misdemeanor; disorderly conduct, a Class A misdemeanor; and interference with law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor.On April 5, Cody is accused of permitting a motor vehicle on a public road operated by Bradley David Potucek, who was not the holder of a valid driver’s license and obstructing a sheriff’s deputy by refusing to be quiet and letting the deputy proceed with his investigation, The complaint said Cody angrily addressed profanity at him and was physical while she was being placed under arrest and being handcuffed.••••• Edwood Osborne, born in 1995, of Wellington was charged with either possession of marijuana with intent to distribute 25 to 450 grams, a level 3 drug felony or possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia.Osborne is accused of obtaining 46 grams of marijuana in six small baggies in the rear seat of the vehicle he was riding in.last_img read more
